• Press the Enter button to select the desired option.

• Press the Menu button several times to back out of

the Main Menu until the printer displays OFF

LINE.

• Press the On Line button; now the printer is ready

for use.

B. Size

The font Size (internal or external) can be set from 4 to

30 point. Font sizes up to 30 Point can be downloaded

from Microsoft Windows™ to the 9KL Address

Printer (one inch equals 72 point). The point size of

this text is 12 point.

Use the following steps to change the size of the font.

• Press the Enter button to select this option.

• Press the + or - button to select + LARGER

(increase the point size increases the character

height) or - SMALLER point size.

• Press the Enter button to select the desired option.
